Approx 400g mince
1 clove of garlic
Tablespoons of: rosemary and parsley (I used dried)
3 cream crackers or ½ cup of breadcrumbs
½ teaspoon of chili flakes
Put cream crackers in food processor, and blitz until fine. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, and form your patties. Lightly oil patties. Heat up frying pan. Like cooking any meat, you want your frying pan HOT. Place patties in pan until golden brown and flip (4-6 min approximately). Enjoy with your choice of toppings!
Toppings: cos lettuce, rocket, caramelized onions, pesto, guacomole, parmesan crisps…
