An exciting chapter ahead: This week I’ve started a new job and have moved up to Cork city!! I’m working as a pastry chef in a lovely bakery in Cork City. I’m thrilled to be back in a kitchen! I found a place to live pretty close to work, so everything’s coming together nicely. I’m like a little kid on Christmas now that I’ve moved up to the city-I can’t wait to explore, network, visit the markets, and try all the restaurants/cafes I’ve had on my list!
